ABOUT TEXICAN OUTDOORS

MEET YOUR GUIDE
Bryan Fischer is passionate about the outdoors, hunting, and the rugged beauty of West Texas. Through Texican Outdoors, Bryan’s goal is to share that passion by providing hunters with an authentic Aoudad hunting experience that goes far beyond the pursuit of a trophy.
For Bryan, a great hunt is about the entire experience—the challenge of the hunt, the land, the wildlife, good meals, and the stories and memories made along the way. He takes pride in welcoming hunters to the ranch and giving them the opportunity to experience the unique character of West Texas firsthand.
Bryan is committed to responsible hunting and thoughtful stewardship of the ranch. Protecting the land, wildlife, and the historic features found on the property—including Native American caves and petroglyphs—is an important part of preserving the ranch for future generations.
Whether you're an experienced hunter pursuing your next Aoudad or someone looking to experience a true Texas ranch hunt, Bryan looks forward to welcoming you to Texican Outdoors.

Bryan Fischer
Bryan has been a lifelong avid hunter, beginning his hunting journey at just five years old alongside his grandfather. From the Texas Hill Country around Boerne to the rugged mountains of Colorado, those early experiences laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for hunting, wildlife, and the outdoors.
Over the years, Bryan has built an impressive hunting legacy, earning numerous accolades and recognition for his accomplishments in the field. His achievements include a Boone and Crockett-record non-typical whitetail deer scoring an impressive 203 5/8 inches, as well as recognition in trophy game records worldwide.
An accomplished bowhunter and rifle hunter, Bryan has pursued a wide variety of North American and exotic game, including whitetail deer, mule deer, axis deer, elk, moose, caribou, and mountain lions. His hunting experience spans both archery and rifle pursuits, with a strong commitment to fair-chase hunting and the authenticity of the experience. All of Bryan’s hunts are conducted on low-fence or free-range properties.
Driven by his passion and extensive experience, Bryan established an outfitting company specializing in West Texas hunting, primarily the Aoudad. His mission is to provide memorable, high-quality hunting experiences while sharing the knowledge, traditions, and respect for wildlife that have shaped his life.
Perhaps Bryan’s greatest passion is passing that legacy on to the next generation. Sharing the outdoors with his daughter and teaching her the skills, discipline, and appreciation for hunting that his grandfather instilled in him is one of his proudest accomplishments.
For Bryan, hunting is more than a pursuit or a trophy. It is a family tradition, a lifelong commitment to the outdoors, and a legacy built on experience, conservation, and the unforgettable memories made along the way.

Ask Bryan about his "Guest Book" | More Than a Hunt. A Story Worth Sharing.
Every hunt has a story, and the best ones live on long after the trip ends. At Texican Outdoors, we believe the memories made in the field, the friendships formed, and the experiences shared are what truly make a hunt special.
Rather than a collection of star ratings and short reviews, we prefer something a little more personal: a guestbook filled with stories from the hunters who have been part of our journey.
Each entry represents a unique experience, a memorable moment, and a lasting connection to the outdoors. These are their stories, told in their own words. We invite you to take a look through the guestbook and get a feel for what makes a hunt with Texican Outdoors more than just a hunt.
